Even after establishing by phone that they weren't going to take my shingles off after being informed that a trailer was being dropped off at my house..they went ahead and did take them off during a heavy down pour. No attempt was made to tarp it after the workers had to leave because of lightning. The rep simply said, "Well, I didn't know about it" (as though that makes it ok). The ridgevent wasn't aligned correctly (and still isn't). After calling Dave (co-manager) all I got was a nasty attitude and not so much as an apology. Simply quick excuses and another, "Well he said that, I didn't." This company doesn't take responsibility for their negligence. Forget BBB's rating - I've seen several other reviews that were similar to mine. I just wish I would have seen them before I hired this ridiculous company.
